The critical nature of a plant’s PID control loops and role that they play in high-level process optimization are often ignored. As such, optimization and active maintenance of these loops often go unattended, and they fall into the status-quo of performing “good enough” while their collective inefficiencies continue to compound throughout a process or plant. JMP utilizes Control Station’s proprietary PlantESP technology as the data acquisition and analysis platform of our audit. We can support all manufacturers of DCS / PLC, Historian OEMs, and can assist in the configuration of your own server or provide a pre-configured server loaded with PlantESP.
