Intuition serves as a more proactive extension to a traditional OEE program. As effective as OEE is at indicating when a line or machine is operating with sub-optimal efficiency, it does not have the capability to provide alerts to impending or progressing mechanical and process issues. The asset health indicator on the Intuition dashboard was designed as a tool to provide insight on impending mechanical and process failures allowing operators to correlate the reliability data with the OEE data to provide a more wholistic overview of your production performance. Intuition by JMP provides full transparency to your process enabling you to maximize equipment availability, operational performance and overall process and manufacturing quality metrics.
