What is a Smart Manufacturing onsite Assessment?

JMP’s onsite assessment process starts with one of our experts visiting your facility for a single day or multi-site engagement. Using our proven LeanSixSigma centric assessment process, we will assess and collaborate with your team on your production processes.

Assessment Results: Our Consultants and Engineers will deliver an in-person risk mitigation plan, complete with their results and findings, business justifications and recommendations (including ROI calculations) to help:
