JMP Announces Opening of New Southern A&R Facility

JMP Solutions announced today the opening of a new Automation and Robotics Facility located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This location was hand-picked by JMP with the purpose of providing world class service to local customers and partners in the region. As challenges continue to plague food and consumer goods product manufacturers; staffing shortages, growing skills gap, and an aging workforce are all factors which are accelerating the need for flexible automation solutions. Beyond these traditional challenges, COVID-19 has presented an entirely new list of concerns including employee safety considerations and uncertainty in the viability of consistent manufacturing.

According to the International Federation of Robotics, “This crisis will be a digitalization booster that will create growth opportunities for the robotics industry worldwide. The long-run perspectives remain excellent.”

JMP is seeing the effects of this expected growth. “We are seeing dramatic increases in demand from our customers as they look to robotics as a way to become more agile in their manufacturing,” said Mike Bannister, Director of Sales at JMP Solutions. “Having a local presence allows us to become more than just a supplier to our customers. It allows us to work closely and collaboratively as partners, developing strong, long-term relationships through which we can grow and succeed together in the southern US.”

Regional customer-centric growth has been a long-standing pillar of JMP’s corporate strategy, and this facility illustrates the continued execution of this strategy. It also re-affirms their commitment to delivering on their promise of exceptional customer service. The addition of this facility will not only increase capacity for JMP but will provide a significantly higher level of service and support for local customers and partners.
