Client Services Manager (Job #CSMWEB)
Work on various stages of automation and control projects including electrical design, PLC programming HMI design SCADA systems and troubleshooting / testing / debugging. Establish and take responsibility for project deliverables, internal quality control standards and cost control. Lead a variety of new and existing projects, including using engineering background and knowledge of client needs to assist with technical information required for quoting, materials ordering and budgeting. Participate in planning sessions that will identify industry business drivers and trends that will serve as the basis for developing new technical offerings to our client. Attend client field service and emergency calls as necessary and partake in customer meetings to provide technical expertise. Act as the central contact person for all matters with the client. Work closely with the Branch Manager to support all business unit priorities. Assist in business development, proposal development and pricing.
- Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Controls Engineering Technology or foreign educational equivalent. Three years of experience in the position offered, or in a similar position, such as Controls Specialist. Experience must include working on automation and control projects including electrical design, PLC programming HMI design SCADA systems and troubleshooting / testing / debugging.
