Engaged Employees Provide the “Bench Strength” Customers Need

In 2018, JMP was named one of Canada’s Top 50 Best Workplaces. This was the sixth year in a row that we had received this honour, and this year we achieved a ranking of 29th on the list. The greatest thing about this is that it represents an overall picture of the workplace culture and business excellence that we strive for and one that our employees clearly appreciate.

Later in the year, we were honoured again with another Best Workplaces award, this time in Professional Services. The Professional Services industry includes organizations and professions in the tertiary sector of the economy that offer customized, knowledge-based services. This recognition points to the core values that are extremely important to each individual who works here. We strive to align ourselves with every value and allow it to show through in the work perform. We are proud of our employees and the work they do not only for JMP but for our customers. Being one of the largest System Integrators in North America translates to having larger size and scale, including having more than 250 people who love to solve customer problems in multiple industry segments and geographies.
